Demandez aux élèves de prêter une attention particulière au ton du dialogue. Que révèle-t-il de la culture dont Timuti est issu? Invitez les élèves à se demander en quoi une tradition familiale ou culturelle a pu influer sur leur propre identité. Se trouve-t-il dans la classe un élève qui porte le prénom d'un proche? Dans l'affirmative, cet élève sait-il pourquoi on lui a donné ce prénom?
